Zamar Stitches, believes in working collectively with our clients to make sure they are heard and their ideas are brought to life. This consultation is to help provide clarity and accountability. To gather adequate information about client’s style inspiration, in-depth details on fabric choice, colors and styling. Consultations can be either in person or virtual.
A consultation fee must be paid once a date and time have been scheduled. Please note: Consultation fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final invoice once client decides to sew.
Client should make it a point to be present on scheduled date and time for consultation. Should an appointment be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of client, client should communicate it 24 hours to the scheduled date and time so a new date can be made available. Please note that consultation time is one hour maximum.
A seventy percent (70%) payment should be made once consultation is done, and the remaining thirty percent (30%) balance paid during the final fitting before order is taken or delivered.
One important part of an attire is the right fit. To ensure this, client is required to be available for at least two fitting sessions. Client is allowed to come with at least one person for fittings. In cases where client is not in Ghana, a fit model will be hired to fit on behalf of client
Consultation, whether in person or online and all conversations are recorded for accountability or reference. Be rest assured that all data and sensitive information gathered during consultation will be held confidential.
